We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It must include all original packaging and tags
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care items (health & hygiene products)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials

Additionally:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item first
  • After approval, place a new order for the desired product

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
